Who we are

What we collect

Only what you give us: your name, phone, email, details of your boat and your message, when you fill in the form, email us or call us.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, arrange an inspection and send you a quote. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Where it is stored and who sees it

Form messages arrive in our email (Google Gmail). The website is hosted by Cloudflare. We do not sell your details or share them with third parties for advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your request, and for as long as the law requires if we work together (for example, tax records).

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your details, restrict or object to their use, or withdraw your consent, by writing to deckanddetail@gmail.com.

You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
